Learn the science of flavor
Each class will have a lecture topic ranging to the science behind flavors, to making the perfect sauce.
Hands on experience
In addition to the themed appetizers and wine, we’ll be cooking our own dinner - applying knowledge and techniques we discussed in the lecture.
Real world help
We’ll discuss questions you have about your own cooking experiences - from troubleshooting Grandma’s meatloaf to planning a holiday dinner for 20.
